That need is encouragement. A moment of transparency... There are somedays where I feel like my effectiveness isn't effecting like I thought. There are times where my energy level that was on 1000 dwindles down to maybe about a 30. Most definitely there are times when I question the vision God has given me. But it never fails, whenever these moments happen encouragement is sent in someway, shape or form. A phone call from family, a text from a friend, a booked appointment from a client, a like or a share from a stranger across the world and last but certainly not least a reminder through the Holy Bible that I am on the right path and purpose is being fulfilled in my life. I want to be that reminder for you today or whenever you read this. If I may, please allow me to give you this gentle push of encouragement, you are definitely someone special who has what it takes to accomplish your vision and goals. So what if you slip up from time to time... keep going! Life is not without ups and downs and hardships. Theses are inevitable. So leave some wiggle room for things to not always go as you desire but that doesn't mean its a failure. You're innovative and not without a backup plan. So prepare and move! You're doing great.

Hey love, how are you? OK...so let's get straight to it..... After having a detailed conversation with one of my favorite clients, a light has been shined on a issue that needs to be addressed. There are some of you who aren't doing all you can to help me care for your hair. Let me explain. Hair care is more than coming to the salon and getting your hair treated and cared for. Its even more than you wrapping it at night, having the proper shampoo and conditioner (if its not MEAs its not right lol) and its even more than greasing and oiling your hair. What about your vitamins? What about your water intake? Did you know that with doing all the right things such as salon visits and home care that your hair could still suffer from breakage due to lack of vitamins, water intake and nutrition. The things that we eat and drink do affect our skin, nails and hair. I am not a Iicensed primary care physician but I am a licensed hair care physician and through my schooling and experience of over 20yrs in this feild I can let you know most confidently that failure to receive proper nutrients is detrimental to your hair skin and nails. Just recently one of my clients has experienced severe breakage due to lack of vitamins and not enough water consumption. I felt it necessary to share the importance of these little things which cause major impacts. Please help me care for your hair completely. Get you a daily vitamin. Drink lots of water (you'll thank me later) and inlcude some fruits and veggies into your diet. To all my lovely ladies.... Let me tell you how much you are loved and missed. Well, my little lady is here and I am just so in love. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes. I'm home resting and healing and enjoying the new addition to my family. I hope that you all are doing well in every area of your lives (especially hair) lol. As I heal and prepare for my re-entry into the salon, I have some great things in store. I will definitely keep you posted about my return.
